CUSTOMS REGIMES:

They are the procedures to which a merchandise, whether national or foreign, can be subjected to be destined for any of the following Regimes: Import, Export, Improvement, Customs Warehouse and Transit; according to the needs and requirements of our clients.

Each of these Regimes are governed by special regulations such as the General Customs Law, its regulations and specific Procedures.

IMPORT:

  • Import for consumption
  • Reimport in the same state
  • Temporary admission for re-export in the same state

FROM EXPORTATION:

  • Final export
  • Temporary export for re-importation in the same state

OF IMPROVEMENT:

  • Temporary admission for inward improvement
  • Temporary export for outward processing
  • Restitution of Customs Duties – Drawback
  • Replacement of goods duty free

CUSTOMS DEPOSIT:

  • Customs Warehouse – DESPA-PG.03 V.6

TRAFFIC:

  • Customs transit
  • Transshipment
  • Reboarding
