We have developed a system that allows the classification, handling and storage of documents by digitizing them. This system allows images to be consulted using the purchase order number, DUA number, internal Ransa reference, or any other reference requested by the customer as a reference.
The advantage of this system is the ability to capture images, which are stored in a database, and can be consulted through any computer with Internet access. This allows a considerable saving of space and paper, but above all it allows an unlimited number of users access to the information of the shipments made.
In this system the documents are scanned and classified according to the purchase order, import / export DUA or internal reference number.
Digitization involves all office documents including local billing.
